• Final payment 60-90 days prior to departure
• Immediate payment for bookings made within 60 days of departure

• Cancellation fees that increase closer to departure date

If a service provider cancels your booking, we will work to find suitable alternatives or provide a full refund of payments made to us.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fiji Vacations acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Changes in itineraries due to weather, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Personal injury, property damage, or other losses during travel
• Failure of service providers to deliver promised services

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and current
• Complying with health and vaccination requirements
• Arriving at designated locations on time
• Providing accurate information for bookings
• Understanding and accepting the terms and conditions of service providers

8. Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
