DAILY MEALS Matangi’s nightly rates include three gourmet meals each day, featuring a three- course lunch and dinner. We serve Pacific Rim cuisine with a distinctive flavour typical of the Fiji Islands. We support our local communities by sourcing produce from subsistence farmers and fish caught by local fishermen. Lunch and dinner options include a vegetarian choice, and we accommodate special dietary needs. Advance notice is appreciated. Freshly baked breads accompany our meals, and gluten-free options are also available. Coffee and tea, along with freshly baked treats, are served throughout the day in the dining room. Pre-dinner nibbles are available at the bar between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:00 am. We offer a full breakfast with a buffet of cereals, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed tropical juices, muffins, pastries, toast, homemade jams, and yoghurt. We also provide a hot-cooked breakfast menu, which includes pancakes, French toast, burritos, eggs cooked to order, potatoes, bacon, ham, and sausages. Lunch: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Starter (light salad) + Main Course (3 choices) + Dessert Dinner: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Starter (2 choices) + Main Course (3 choices) + Dessert (2 choices)
