Minimum Length of Stay Requirements:
A minimum length of stay of 3 consecutive nights applies for any stays over the date of 31 December 2014.

Early Check In:
Additional surcharge may be applied for guests who request their room prior to 3:00pm
To confirm early check in the room can be pre-registered from the night before at the normal nightly rate (Full rate will apply for early check in prior to 12.00hrs)
Late check out after 6:00pm – Full contract rate applies.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
Effective January 1st 2014, a 3% credit card fee will apply to all transactions settled by Credit Card. This fee will be added to the total of the transaction and settled at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Careful attention should be paid to the international dateline to avoid this situation. In the event there is a dispute in relation to a booking being cancelled and the resorts receive a request to waive the cancellation fee as a result, it will be a requirement to provide a copy of written correspondence from the resort confirming the booking had been cancelled.
