Child Policy

2 children under 17 years, or 3 adults over 17 years are allowed in Lagoon View rooms and Superior Ocean View Rooms, using existing bedding.

A third occupant 17 years and above is charged an EXTRA Rate, inclusive buffet breakfast. Contact Pacific Destinationz Reservations Team for rates.

Deluxe Ocean Family and Executive Suites:
Up to 3 children under 17 years of age is allowed at no extra charge using existing bedding.Rollaway beds may be installed in Deluxe Ocean Family rooms and Executive Suites only.

Baby cots may be added at no charge. Infants are included in the children count i.e. only two children per room. Strollers are available at a cost, subject to availability.

Minimum Length Of Stay
A minimum of Three (3) nights is required for guest staying during the period: 26 December 2014 to 05 January 2015, inclusive (Christmas and Year End).

Minimum Length Of Stay
A minimum of Five (5) nights is required for guest staying during the period: 02 to 07 April 2015 (Easter) and 26 December 2015 to 05 January 2016, inclusive (Christmas and Year End).

Cancellation Policy

A non-Refundable $1000 deposit per person is due to secure the reservation. Cancellations within 90+ days of check in will incur 50% cancellation fees and there are no refunds for cancelations inside 60 Days.

Children 17 years and over are charged at the adult rate.

2 Children under 12 years eat for Free provided a paying adults dine with them. Complimentary meals are valid for buffet meals at the all-day dining restaurant only (excludes Marau Village).
