Palmlea Lodge’s fully-licensed restaurant offers fine food for all tastes: European, Fijian, Indian, Vegetarian and includes Mediterranean, Mexican specialties. Fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs come from our own gardens with up to date eco-minded farming techniques. Our seafood is caught by local north shore fishermen.

The simplicity of fresh ingredients is the essential element in our cuisine. We offer honest food with robust flavours – food that comes from a blend of European and South Pacific recipes.
Our uniqueness lies in the versatility of International and local cuisine. Food & guest services can be personalized. At Palmlea fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from our organic gardens with up to date eco-minded farming techniques. We are not perfect, but we practice conservation and preservation of the natural surroundings.
