Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days of check in will incur a 1 nights cancellation fees.
During peak season Christmas/New Year (24 December 2014 – 07 January 2015), Easter 18 April – 21 April 2014, School Holidays (1 – 31 July 2014); (5 August – 5 September 2014)
– Cancellation withing 14 days of check in will incur 2 nights cancellation fees.
– Cancellation within 48hours of schedule arrival date (Incl No Show and Early Departures) will be charged full cancellation fees.
